Kaitlin Andreasen

Kaitlin joined us in 2019, bringing 10+ years of key customer service experience from prior positions, most recently as a Client Service Manager at Sephora. Her attention to detail and the passion she brings to each client engagement, whether in person or over the phone, will ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience at JEM.  After a few minutes of chatting with her, it’s easy for anyone to see how she has quickly become an invaluable member of our team.  When she isn’t working, she enjoys vacationing and spending time with her husband and two children.
