JEM Medspa requires a major credit card to confirm all bookings. We understand the occasional need to cancel an appointment, however, should you need to do so please contact us 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled time. All “no-call/no-shows,” as well as cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time, will result in a $50 service fee charged to the credit card on file. Please also note that clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment time or a cancellation, should there not be sufficient time left to complete the procedure. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability and efficiency of our time for you as well as other JEM Medspa clients.
