Anna did my botox before and I absolutely loved it. I really wanted lip fillers but was extremely nervous however she made me so comfortable and she literally killllllled it. Im so obsessed with my lips she made them perfect. Shes very knowledgeable and informative about what you need and will be best. She wont steer you the wrong way or pressure you into doing anything. Shell also tell you no which i like opposed to other injectors who just do whatever to you even if it will look bad on you. Cannot recommend Anna enough! The front staff ALONE should win an award for their customer service. I am telling you they absolutely go above and beyond. In August 2024 was visiting JEM in Munster and I mentioned in passing that I hated this bump on my nose that no one could get rid of. I live in NYC and have been to countless Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons and everyone said it could not be done. Karisa took one look at it and said...get in my chair girl. LIFE CHANGED. This gross, witchy bump had been ruining my face for years. And in 60 seconds and ZERO pain, it was gone. I waited to write my review because these types of things have a way of coming back...but after 6 months and 2 beach vacations, it's still GONE. Thank you so much Karisa. Anna 🙌 The last chick (different med spa) botched up my lips BAD!!! She recommended i had them dissolved 1st and start over. I only needed 1 treatment to dissolve them which is an extra $250. Don’t hesitate if an injector recommends needing them dissolved 1st! It’s not cheap but 100% worth it! She was able to reshape my lips to PERFECTION! Again, thank you Anna!!! Xoxo More

I came here for the first time back in November. I meant to write a review right away but with the chaos of the holidays I didn't get a chance. However, my experience here was so lovely that even though it's been months, I still felt it necessary to write this review. My appointment was with Megan Dahl to receive lip injections. I have had injections before but they were done quite crudely without much thought to my lip shape and goals.
