I have been seeing Heather regularly for a diamond glow facial. My results have been outstanding! Heather's background and education is exemplary, so I know I can trust her recommendations for my skincare. Not to mention she's just an amazing human being and I look forward to seeing her and catching up. This winter I'll be doing some laser treatments to address fine lines, wrinkles and discoloration. She tailored the treatments based on my needs, and I paid ahead during a JEM special pricing day, which made the treatments very reasonable. JEM is a beautiful medspa that is actually getting an upgrade (not that it's needed) in a larger space they'll be moving to once construction is completed. My friend (who looks incredible) raved about JEM, so I checked them out. I went for my botox and asked some questions about filler. I’ve had filler before, and wasn’t super impressed, but was still curious about some issues that I wanted to address. Tanvi was incredible. I’ve been getting botox and have dabbled in filler for the greater part of a decade. I have never had anyone spend that amount of time with me regarding my options, questions, and desired effects as I did with Tanvi. I’ve never had a consultation as extensive or thoughtful. After three sessions with Tanvi, I can’t believe I’ve settled for less! Not only am I so pleased with my results, I feel so confident in her hands. There is so much artistry in this kind of stuff, and her eye is that of an artist. Also, the staff at JEM from booking to practitioner is just kind of next level. When you are talking about your face, it’s impossible not to feel really vulnerable. JEM and Tanvi picked me up and helped me feel like a better version of myself. I couldn’t recommend them more. I dare someone to find a better med spa than Jem MedSpa; it won't happen because this place is the absolute best. From the ambience, to the services/products offered, and, most importantly, the staff are the some of the most talented, sweetest, compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated individuals I have ever met. I was referred to Jem MedSpa by a friend after exhausting so many other avenues for my melisma; it was so embarrassing. I literally called Jem MedSpa to make my first appointment crying from the frustration of not getting anywhere with the previous places I went to; I was skeptical if this, too, would be another dead end, but I had to try it. From the minute I walked in the building, everyone was so nice and willing to help. Amanda met with me twice to put together a plan moving forward, to discuss products, but, most importantly, to reassure me that I finally landed in the right place to get the results I wanted...and needed. Been meaning to start Botox for a while, but kept putting it off. I was visiting from Texas and finally decided to, so I booked with JEM who booked me with Megan, and I could not be happier. Megan was super friendly and explained the entire process- what Botox is, what it does, how & where it’s injected, the aftermath, & anything else you could imagine. The best part- she made it completely painless. I did not feel the injection once! The Medspa itself is absolutely beautiful, and they offer complimentary drinks- the spa water is amazing! I visited Jem Med Spa in Elmhurst for the first time about two weeks ago. I requested Donna at the urging of several friends who have seen her in the past for Botox injection. She did not disappoint! I have never felt more comfortable at a spa, ever. The entire staff is so genuine and friendly. Tanvi is the most incredible!!!! I can't even begin to say enough wonderful things about her. I was so nervous to start my little journey into the world of botox and filler and Tanvi is so knowledgeable about everything I knew I was in good hands. The very 1st time I got my lips done, the results weren't exactly what I was expecting (not the fault of Tanvi at all- my unrealistic expectations). I wanted more in my top lip but she took the time to explain to me that I don't have enough room in my actual lip for more filler and if she were to do that, it would migrate, could look lumpy and that's when they start to look really bad. I hadn't even thought of that. Her concern was me. She could have easily taken my money and done what I wanted, but she was honest and looked out for my best interest, and made a better suggestion (lip flip in between) to suit me. I have been coming to Jem for a few months now and I am very impressed with all of the services that I have received from here! I 1000% recommend going to Megan at Jem in Munster for your botox needs! I have gotten two lip flips and treatment of botox in my forehead with Megan. She explains everything she is going to be doing and very comforting before the injection process. She asks very great questions to get more of a feel for what you want out of the service. Even though a lip flip might seem like not a lot of change (compared to lip filler) but I have gotten compliments on my lip flip and how awake I look since getting the forehead area treated!
