EMSculpt is noninvasive, FDA approved treatment that uses high-intensity electromagnetic technology to increase muscle and decrease fat. Currently, EMSculpt has protocols that treat the abdomen and the buttocks. Each treatment is 30 minutes long and is the equivalent of doing 20000 crunches or 20000 squats. Even if you were ambitious enough to do that many crunches or squats, you would not be able to achieve the strength of the contractions from the EMSculpt. These are supramaxillary contractions and we cannot naturally achieve these on our own. The procedure is noninvasive and not painful.
