Aesthetic Nurse and Managing Partner

Meet the “M” in JEM - Melissa Judeh, MSN, MBA, CANS - one of JEM Medspa’s Managing Partners and an expert aesthetic nurse injector. Melissa has been a registered nurse for 26 years and brings over 15 years of specialized experience in aesthetic injecting.

Melissa began her career in the PICU while earning two Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration, focusing on Safety & Quality Outcomes. Shortly after, she stepped into an executive role as Director of Patient Safety at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. It was also during this time that she discovered her passion and natural talent for aesthetics.

Before founding JEM, Melissa trained extensively with renowned plastic surgeons and dermatologists, honing her craft through both domestic and international training. She is known for her meticulous technique, artistic eye, and commitment to safety. Melissa is a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute and the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network. She is also co-founder of JEM Education and one of only 37 Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialists in Illinois.

Her teaching style - whether working with other aesthetic providers or guiding her clients - is often described as approachable, clear, and empowering. Through her work at JEM, Melissa blends her clinical expertise, business acumen, and artistic sensibility to create a safe, personalized, and results-driven client experience. Her priority is ensuring every procedure is performed with precision and results in exceptional, reliable outcomes.

When she’s not at JEM, you’ll find Melissa enjoying time with her family, checking out a local coffee shop, cheering from the stands at a baseball field, decorating something, or escaping to a beach.

Aesthetic Nurse and Managing Partner

Meet the “J” to our JEM, Jeanine Graham, RN, CANS, managing partner and expert aesthetic nurse injector of over 20 years. Jeanine has been an RN for over 30 years. She began her nursing career as a cardiac nurse working in telemetry and then graduated to the Step-Down ICU. From there, she worked in a liver transplant unit. She loved nursing but decided to take time off to be a stay-at-home mom. After her last ones were in school full time, she found her true calling in aesthetics in 2005, and in 2006 she took a leap and opened Envy Medspa, which was located in Homer Glen, IL. It was there that she began to perfect her injecting skills and mastered the different facets of the medical spa business. In 2009, she decided to forego the business portion of her spa temporarily to focus more on her family of four young boys. She continued to perform aesthetic treatments and also managed other area Medspas from 2009 – 2018. In January 2018, Jeanine began a new chapter in her career by partnering with Melissa Judeh and Dr. David Dreyfuss to create JEM Medspa. Here, she brings forth the culmination of over 20 years of experience and expertise and demonstrates why she has been so successful in the medical aesthetic field. Jeanine is a straight talker, sets realistic expectations, and values the trusting relationships she has created over the years. During her career, she has become one of the most sought-after aesthetic nurses in the Chicagoland area, performing thousands of safe and artistic aesthetic procedures. She enjoys using a full array of state-of-the-art products, including neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, collagen-producing products, platelet-rich plasma, laser treatments, and PDO threads to achieve the best and most natural-looking results. Jeanine’s passion for the aesthetic field is evident in the constant pursuit of her own education. She frequently attends national programs, conventions, and trainings to ensure she provides the most current aesthetic treatments and so that she is able to maintain excellence in terms of the newest, safest, and most advanced techniques in her training. Jeanine is a highly sought after national trainer for Allergan for over 8 years. She also trains new and advanced injectors at JEM Education, a training center she helped create. She finds training and sharing her knowledge with both novice and advanced injectors one of the most satisfying aspects of her career thus far. With all that she has accomplished in her career, Jeanine feels her biggest accomplishment in life is the upbringing of her four boys with her husband. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, opening herself to new experiences, and her admitted addiction - shopping.

Director of Operations

Meet Katrina! Katrina is our operations and marketing manager. Katrina received her bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Saint Xavier University. After graduating, she and her husband owned and operated a successful local trucking company. Then, in 2014, Katrina came across an opportunity to work at another medical spa as a part-time receptionist. For three years, she juggled both jobs, falling more in love with the medical spa industry with each passing month. Her passion for the industry and business acumen led her to a full-time assistant manager position. Through this experience, Katrina easily took on the role of operations and marketing manager at JEM Medspa. Katrina excels in business operations, client satisfaction, and multi-source marketing strategies. She has helped pave the path of JEM to becoming the number one Medspa in our area.

Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves decorating, trying new restaurants, and traveling. She also has a love for learning and is currently exploring graduate programs to enhance her impressive background further.

Aesthetic Nurse Practioner, Clinical Director, & JEM Education Trainer

Donna is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. She attended Chamberlain University School of Nursing to pursue a master's degree in nursing and graduated in 2018 with a specialty in family practice. Donna has 26 years of nursing experience. She worked as a ER nurse for 16 years then began her career in aesthetics in 2014. Like her peers at JEM Med Spa, Donna believes in delivering safe, natural, and effective results with cosmetic injectables and other nonsurgical cosmetic procedures. Donna is very passionate about cosmetic medicine and prides herself on staying on top of current trends, advanced cosmetic techniques, and combining treatments for superior, natural results. She takes every opportunity to educate herself on facial anatomy and products that will result in positive and safe outcomes for her clients. Donna is an active member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Nurses Association. When Donna is not working, she loves the outdoors, traveling, and being surrounded by her family.

Aesthetic Director

Meet JEM's aesthetic director, Ashley Gill. As a licensed aesthetician since 2006, she has dedicated her career to the art of medical esthetics. Ashley is an expert laser technician with 15+ years of laser experience, making her sought after for advanced technique and training. Ashley’s knowledge of medical-grade skin products and what they can do for different skin conditions is unmatched. Ashley is certified and highly trained to work with our Sciton Laser, performing Halo, laser hair removal with BARE HR, SkinTyte, and BBL HERO. She is an expert in a wide variety of skin care treatments, such as medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplane, traditional microneedling as well as advanced microneedling with RF. Ashley truly loves her work, and it shines through on the skin of every client who walks out of her treatment room.

Her role as a patient advocate and mentor to our team members in all of our locations is invaluable, and our team is so grateful that she chose JEM Medspa as her home. She has thoughtfully designed Jems facial protocols to accommodate all skin types. Her goal is to bring every client a result oriented treatment with a therapeutic and comforting experience.

Practice Manager

Erin joined our team in 2021 as a Client Coordinator. Her natural leadership skills quickly advanced her to Practice Manager of Munster in 2023. Erin graduated from Lincoln Way Central in 2007 and has worked in the medical field ever since. She comes with over 14 years of customer service experience and truly loves every minute. When she's not working, you can find Erin spending time with her family & friends, working in the garage, or behind the wheel of her race car with her husband Mike. She has two dogs, Jake & Penelope, that she loves so much & keep her busy.

Aesthetic Manager

Meet Karisa, a seasoned professional in the aesthetics industry with a career dedicated to management within the medspa realm. With a robust background spanning her entire aesthetics journey, Karisa boasts 7 years of experience as an aesthetician, excelling in her role with a laser in hand. Her passion lies in corrective treatments, and she thrives on performing procedures such as BBL, halo, and RF needling. Karisa has carved a niche in body contouring, showcasing her expertise in this transformative field. Beyond her professional endeavors, Karisa is a devoted mother of 5 and a motocross enthusiast. Her love for the outdoors is evident as she enjoys fishing, riding four-wheelers, gardening, and embracing every adventure nature has to offer.

Marketing Director

Ally is the Marketing Director for all three JEM Med Spa locations, bringing a passion for creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences. With a keen eye for detail and a love for all things skincare and aesthetics, she leads brand strategy, events, and campaigns that reflect the JEM Standard. When she’s not planning experiences or driving creative initiatives, Ally enjoys spending quality time with her big family. Her dedication to fostering authentic connections and delivering impactful experiences shines through in everything she does—both professionally and personally.

Nurse Practitioner and JEM Health Specialist

Dana has been in the healthcare field for 17 years starting as a CNA and working her way through emergency medicine, vascular surgery, and now aesthetics and functional medicine. She is passionate about educating, empowering, and walking with each patient on their journey towards wellness. She has always had a passion for health and fitness. She is specialized in hormone optimization, nutraceutical replacement, aesthetics and general wellness. She is certified through BioTE Medical, specializing in Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. When not working she can be found in her kitchen cooking/baking and she loves spending time with her 4 children and husband. 

Aesthetic Nurse Practioner & JEM Health Specialist

Cristina Lubash is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from Rush University in 2011 and went on to complete her Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017, also from Rush University. With over 14 years of healthcare experience, she brings a strong clinical foundation and commitment to high quality care.

Cristina began her journey in aesthetics at a med spa, where she gained hands-on experience in aesthetic and wellness treatments. Most recently she completed advanced training in aesthetic procedures through JEM Education’s internship program.

Her approach blends clinical precision with a natural aesthetic to help clients feel confident and refreshed. She deeply values building a therapeutic rapport with every client.

In her free time, Cristina is all about cherishing quality time with her family. She is a proud mom of 3 little ones (including a lively set of twins!), wife, and dog mom to a loveable St. Bernard. Whether it’s reading a good book or getting involved in her kids’ activities, she enjoys staying present and making memories with the people who matter most.

Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Angela has worked in dermatology since beginning her healthcare career in 2014 and brings a deep passion for aesthetics and patient-centered care. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, one of only ten in Indiana. Her clinical background includes Telemetry and Cardiovascular procedural nursing.

Angela specializes in cosmetic treatments including facial balancing with dermal fillers, Sculptra, smoothing threads, Kybella, and neuromodulators such as Botox® Cosmetic and Dysport®. She is committed to helping patients look natural, healthy, and refreshed, while ensuring they feel educated, comfortable, and confident throughout their journey. Angela values long-term relationships built on trust and personalized care.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys time with her husband, Brian, their golden retriever, Maple, and her daughter, McKenna, who is the center of her world.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Emily is a dedicated aesthetic nurse injector with a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. With over five years of nursing experience and dual Bachelor's degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Nursing from Indiana University, she brings both technical expertise and an artistic eye to her work with over 4 years of experience.

Emily began her career in labor and delivery, where she developed a deep appreciation for women’s health and wellness. Seeking a new way to make an impact, she trained with Aesthetic Mentor and discovered her love for aesthetics. Now, with over three years of experience in cosmetic injectables, she specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, smooth threads, and regenerative treatments—always aiming for natural, balanced results.

Beyond her work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their children, Evelyn and Eli. She loves traveling, creating new memories with loved ones, and unwinding with friends over a glass of Prosecco.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Sierra is a registered nurse injector dedicated to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves. She began her nursing career five years ago after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University Northwest. In 2023, Sierra then took the leap into aesthetics, where her passion continues to grow.

She is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest techniques to ensure each treatment is both effective and thoughtfully tailored. When she’s not in the treatment room, Sierra also works as an outpatient surgery nurse in the pre-operative and post-anesthesia care unit.

Outside of work, Sierra enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and of course…shopping! She strives to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where clients feel heard, informed, and excited about their aesthetic journey

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Chrissy brings over a decade of nursing experience grounded in patient safety, education, and whole-person care. She earned her degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Community Service from DePaul University and completed Loyola University’s Accelerated RN, BSN program in 2013.

Most of her nursing career was spent in high-acuity ICU settings, including Surgical, Cardiothoracic, Trauma, and Medical ICUs. This experience shaped her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and calm, safety-first approach.

She is also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), with a focus on prevention and sustainable health.

Chrissy was drawn to JEM Medspa years before applying, both as a nurse and as a client herself. Experiencing the team’s depth of knowledge, commitment to safety, timeless results, and welcoming culture made it clear this was where she wanted to grow as an aesthetic nurse.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, Andy, their children, Jack and Abby, and their dog, Ralphie, as well as reading motivational books, singing, and giving talks on health and wellness.

Licensed Aesthetician 

Meet Samantha, one of our wonderful aestheticians! Many of you may recognize her as the artistic hand behind your professional makeup treatments or from another local medical spa, but now we are lucky enough to have her as one of our fabulous team members! Samantha graduated from Columbia with a bachelor's degree in stage makeup and costume design. Later, she studied at the G Skin Institute to obtain her aesthetic license. Samantha is certified and highly trained to work with our Sciton Laser, performing Halo, laser hair removal, SkinTyte, and Forever Young photofacials. Samantha is also an expert in a wide variety of skin care treatments, such as medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplane, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and EMSCULPT. She is extremely passionate about her work and helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Licensed Aesthetician

Meet Natalia, a graduate of Tricoci University and one of our dedicated Medical Aestheticians in Munster, IN. She initially joined our team as a client care coordinator in February of 2024 and has strived to provide the best care to each and every person who walks in. Natalia is excited to excel in her new role and can’t wait to meet all of you!

Her love for the art of makeup prompted her to attend aesthetics school and she quickly found that her passion was with skincare. She is thrilled to be able to provide patients with customized treatments and corrective skincare while also presenting clients with thorough education.

Outside of the spa, you can find Natalia spending most of her time with her friends and family. She loves to travel and enjoys taking yoga/Pilates classes. Natalia is a proud cancer survivor and strives to live an active/healthy lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Marissa,a licensed esthetician in both Illinois and Indiana with over 7 years of experience in the skincare and beauty industry. I specialize in helping clients feel confident in their skin and have a true passion for removing unwanted hair, whether through waxing, laser treatments, or dermaplaning. I’m dedicated to creating a clean, comfortable, and results-driven experience tailored to each individual.

When I’m not caring for others’ skin, you’ll likely find me training for my next marathon or hanging out with my energetic Boxer, Mack. Skincare is my profession, but wellness, movement, and balance are how I live every day!

Client Care Coordinator

With more than 15 years of customer service experience, Michele is one of our friendly patient care coordinators. Previously, she worked for a Chicago bridal boutique. She brings warmth and amity to JEM Medspa Indiana where she strives to provide a professional experience for clients.

At home, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She loves shopping, yoga, travel, and quality time with her family, friends, and her dog. Michele is a Munster, IN resident who you may see on the baseball, football, or soccer fields with her boys.

Client Care Coordinator

Kathleen has been foraging patient-client relationships in the medical industry for more than 25 years. With 10 years in retail business management, Kathleen has a passion for working with people. One of her most important duties is to ensure every visitor at JEM Medspa Indiana has a caring and comfortable experience.

Away from work, Kathleen uses her organizational skills to coordinate events that support local small businesses and animal rescues. She also loves to travel with her husband, Dan, their three children, Aidan, Abbey, and Aaron, and doodle, Hazel.

Client Care Coordinator

Sam began her customer service career at JCPenney and Sephora 10 years ago, when she discovered her passion for skincare and customer care. She then continued on to the University of Illinois at Chicago to earn her Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Sam's personal struggles with acne and scarring has motivated her to help those who are having trouble achieving their skin goals, and she is excited to be guiding you through that process here at JEM. In her free time, Sam enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends and family.

Meet Karina Sanchez. She has experience in the hospitality industry and in the medical field. She loves meeting new people and is eager to help provide exceptional customer service to the clients at Jem! When she’s not working she loves to work out, travel, play competitive women’s volleyball, and visit her daughter in Bloomington at Indiana University!

Client Care Coordinator

Ashley brings over 20 years of customer service experience and a genuine passion for aesthetics to her role at JEM. What started as a personal interest in treatments quickly turned into a career path, driven by her love for helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

She began in the med spa industry as a front desk receptionist and quickly advanced to supervisor and then practice manager, gaining hands-on experience along the way. With two and a half years in medical aesthetics, Ashley found her perfect fit at JEM, where she thrives in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. Outside of work, Ashley loves traveling to islands, swimming, and soaking up the sun—sunscreen always included. She’s a proud dog mom, devoted wife, and adoring aunt. Ashley is excited to continue growing with the JEM team and supporting clients on their self-care journeys.

Client Care Coordinator

Kiley is currently an online Business student at Ball State University, working toward her goal of becoming an Aesthetic Sales Representative. She has just under a year of experience as a Client Coordinator in the aesthetics industry and loves helping clients feel confident and well taken care of. Kiley is super excited to be working at JEM as a Client Coordinator, where she can continue learning and growing in the industry as she furthers her education. Before entering the field, she spent three years playing college softball, which helped shape her strong work ethic and team-first mindset. Outside of work, Kiley enjoys working out, doing Pilates, going for long walks, and spending time with her family and friends.
