Aesthetic Nurse and Managing Partner

Meet the “M” to our JEM- Melissa Judeh MSN, MBA, CANS is one of JEM Medspa’s Managing Partners and one of our expert aesthetic nurse injectors. Melissa has been a RN for 21 years and has been performing aesthetic injections for 10 + years. Starting her career in the PICU, she simultaneously earned 2 Master’s Degrees in Business Administration & Healthcare Administration, with a focus in Safety & Quality Outcomes. Shortly after, Mel secured an executive role as the Director of Patient Safety at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. It was also during this time that she discovered her love and aptitude for aesthetics. Prior to JEM, Mel intensely studied & perfected her skills under well-known plastic surgeons and dermatologists. Mel is internationally trained, prides herself on practicing safely, and is an accomplished Injector. She has been described by many as a true artist & perfectionist, and is grateful to be a leader in an industry that equally embraces science, wellness and beauty. Melissa is a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute, Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network, Cellular Medicine Association and Plasma Concepts. She is also the co-founder of JEM Education and one of only 27 Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialists in the state of Illinois. Her teaching style to both aesthetic providers, as well as to her clients, has been described as easy, relaxed and informative. Through her work at JEM, Mel combines every skill set she has obtained over the past 21 years to help create an inviting, effective, tailored and affordable client experience. Mel focuses on assuring that every procedure is performed safely, and results in exceptional & reliable outcomes.
When Mel isn’t at JEM Medspa you can find her w/ her family, or her friends who are like family, liv’in it up in the ‘burbs, at Starbucks, on her Peloton bike, or running around doing “Boy Mom” stuff.

Founder and Managing Partner

Meet the “J” to our JEM, Jeanine Graham, RN, CANS, managing partner and expert aesthetic nurse injector of 16 years. Jeanine has been an RN for over 30 years. She began her nursing career as a cardiac nurse working in telemetry and then graduated to the Step-Down ICU. From there, she worked in a liver transplant unit. She loved nursing but decided to take time off to be a stay-at-home mom. After her last ones were in school full time, she found her true calling in aesthetics in 2005, and in 2006 she took a leap and opened Envy Medspa, which was located in Homer Glen, IL. It was there that she began to perfect her injecting skills and mastered the different facets of the medical spa business. In 2009, she decided to forego the business portion of her spa temporarily to focus more on her family of four young boys. She continued to perform aesthetic treatments and also managed other area Medspas from 2009 – 2018. In January 2018, Jeanine began a new chapter in her career by partnering with Melissa Judeh and Dr. David Dreyfuss to create JEM Medspa. Here, she brings forth the culmination of 16 years of experience and expertise and demonstrates why she has been so successful in the medical aesthetic field. Jeanine is a straight talker, sets realistic expectations, and values the trusting relationships she has created over the years.
During her career, she has become one of the most sought-after aesthetic nurses in the Chicagoland area, performing thousands of safe and artistic aesthetic procedures. She enjoys using a full array of state-of-the-art products, including neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, collagen-producing products, platelet-rich plasma, laser treatments, and PDO threads to achieve the best and most natural-looking results.
Jeanine’s passion for the aesthetic field is evident in the constant pursuit of her own education. She frequently attends national programs, conventions, and trainings to ensure she provides the most current aesthetic treatments and so that she is able to maintain excellence in terms of the newest, safest, and most advanced techniques in her training.
Jeanine is a national trainer for Allergan and National Laser Institute. She also trains new and advanced injectors at JEM Education, a training center she helped create. She finds training and sharing her knowledge with both novice and advanced injectors one of the most satisfying aspects of her career thus far.
With all that she has accomplished in her career, Jeanine feels her biggest accomplishment in life is the upbringing of her four boys with her husband. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, opening herself to new experiences, and her admitted addiction - shopping.

VP of Operations

Meet Katrina! Katrina is our operations and marketing manager. Katrina received her bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Saint Xavier University. After graduating, she and her husband owned and operated a successful local trucking company. Then, in 2014, Katrina came across an opportunity to work at another medical spa as a part-time receptionist. For three years, she juggled both jobs, falling more in love with the medical spa industry with each passing month. Her passion for the industry and business acumen led her to a full-time assistant manager position. Through this experience, Katrina easily took on the role of operations and marketing manager at JEM Medspa. Katrina excels in business operations, client satisfaction, and multi-source marketing strategies. She has helped pave the path of JEM to becoming the number one Medspa in our area.

Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves decorating, trying new restaurants, and traveling. She also has a love for learning and is currently exploring graduate programs to enhance her impressive background further.

Aesthetic Director

Meet JEM's aesthetic director, Ashley Gill. As a licensed aesthetician since 2006, she has dedicated her career to the art of medical esthetics. Ashley is an expert laser technician with 15+ years of laser experience, making her sought after for advanced technique and training. Ashley’s knowledge of medical-grade skin products and what they can do for different skin conditions is unmatched. Ashley is certified and highly trained to work with our Sciton Laser, performing Halo, laser hair removal with BARE HR, SkinTyte, and BBL HERO. She is an expert in a wide variety of skin care treatments, such as medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplane, traditional microneedling as well as advanced microneedling with RF. Ashley truly loves her work, and it shines through on the skin of every client who walks out of her treatment room.

Her role as a patient advocate and mentor to our team members in all of our locations is invaluable, and our team is so grateful that she chose JEM Medspa as her home. She has thoughtfully designed Jems facial protocols to accommodate all skin types. Her goal is to bring every client a result oriented treatment with a therapeutic and comforting experience.

Social Media & Marketing Manager

With a passion for digital media and design, Mary strives to illuminate and bring life to her electronic creations. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2008, taking every opportunity to create, design, and expand her experience in digital media, leading her work to be featured on HGTV.com and Good Housekeeping. She also has worked with several renowned brands and celebrities, including designing and co-writing a healthy living-inspired cookbook for Real Housewife of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp. In September 2021, Mary joined JEM Medspa Indiana, where she showcases the breathtaking beauty of medical aesthetics with the talented and flawless work of our JEM team members. She values her time with her husband, Joe, and their two kids. She loves traveling, staying active, and is always up for a new adventure!

Practice Manager

Erin joined our team in 2021 as a Client Coordinator. Her natural leadership skills quickly advanced her to Practice Manager of Munster in 2023. Erin graduated from Lincoln Way Central in 2007 and has worked in the medical field ever since. She comes with over 14 years of customer service experience and truly loves every minute. When she's not working, you can find Erin spending time with her family & friends, working in the garage, or behind the wheel of her race car with her husband Mike. She has two dogs, Jake & Penelope, that she loves so much & keep her busy.

Aesthetic Manager

Meet Karisa, a seasoned professional in the aesthetics industry with a career dedicated to management within the medspa realm. With a robust background spanning her entire aesthetics journey, Karisa boasts 7 years of experience as an aesthetician, excelling in her role with a laser in hand. Her passion lies in corrective treatments, and she thrives on performing procedures such as BBL, halo, and RF needling. Karisa has carved a niche in body contouring, showcasing her expertise in this transformative field. Beyond her professional endeavors, Karisa is a devoted mother of 5 and a motocross enthusiast. Her love for the outdoors is evident as she enjoys fishing, riding four-wheelers, gardening, and embracing every adventure nature has to offer.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector & JEM health specialist

Dana has been in the healthcare field for 16 years starting as a CNA and working her way through emergency medicine, vascular surgery, and now aesthetics and functional medicine. She is passionate about educating, empowering, and walking with each patient on their journey towards wellness. She is caring, sympathetic, encouraging, and enthusiastic to patients while encouraging them through their health journey. She is passionate and hard working. She has always had a passion for health and fitness. She is now specialized in hormone optimization, nutraceutical replacement, aesthetics and general wellness. She is certified through BioTE Medical, specializing in Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women. When not working she can be found in her kitchen cooking/baking. She loves spending time with her 3 daughters and husband and working out.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Angela has worked in dermatology since she started in healthcare in 2014. Working in dermatology when she was young started her passion for aesthetics and helping others. She has extensive experience assisting physicians with both medical and cosmetic procedures. Angela holds bachelor's degrees in both Allied Health as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She is experienced in Telemetry and Cardiovascular procedure nursing as well as performing various cosmetic procedures including facial balancing with filler, Sculptra, smoothing threads, Kybella and neurotoxins such as Botox cosmetic and Dysport. Angela loves to learn and is always continuing to look for new education to help give her patients the best outcomes. She is passionate about helping others achieve their natural aesthetic goals and believes it is very important to take the time to get to know her patients to help them look and feel great about themselves. At home, Angela loves to spend time with her husband, Brian, and their golden retriever, Maple. She loves trying new restaurants and traveling to see all the different NHL rinks with her husband to check off their list.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

A veteran of the aesthetic industry for nearly 18 years, Nikki began her career as an aesthetician at a Chicago med spa when nonsurgical procedures first started to become mainstream. After a few years of gaining valuable experience, she brought her knowledge to Northwest Indiana, working for more than a decade in cosmetic dermatology while also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She has worked for a prominent local plastic surgeon for the last four years in a high-volume setting where she specializes in natural aesthetic outcomes with cosmetic injectables.

As a knowledge-seeker, she continued her studies to become the third person in the state of Indiana to become a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. Today, she continues to seek learning opportunities. She has and continues to train with some of the most accomplished injectors in the world. Nikki firmly believes that continuing education, particularly in aesthetics, is absolutely necessary for keeping patients happy with safe and beautiful outcomes.

Patients describe Nikki as warm and honest, and she has earned a reputation for delivering conservative, natural-looking results.

Nikki has had a transformative year thus far, both personally and professionally. As a soon-to-be new empty nester, she'll be embracing a new chapter of life. She loves spending time with her daughter, four animals, family, and friends. She enjoys great dining, traveling, music and movies, and finding new experiences that help her live life to the fullest.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

A registered nurse with more than 10 years of experience, Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Purdue University. Before joining the world of medical aesthetics, Megan specialized in maternal/child nursing. In 2019, after completing her aesthetic education through JEM’s certification courses, Megan knew that she had found her new passion. In early 2021, she completed an in-depth internship program through JEM Education under the direction of Melissa Judeh and Jeanine Graham. She is passionate about continuing her aesthetic education and exploring her artistic abilities.

Megan is thrilled to have found her dream job at JEM Medspa Indiana. Her favorite moments are spent at home with her three sons. She also has a love for the arts and live music. Megan is a fierce advocate for the disabled community, and in her spare time, she provides education and support for new parents of special needs children.

Jem Health Specialist

Diana brings over 12 years of diverse experience in the healthcare sector. Initially starting her career as a travel nurse across the United States, she simultaneously pursued her Master’s Degree in Nursing. For the past five years, Diana has served as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient acute care, where she has developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care.

Currently, she is transitioning her focus towards preventative health services, with a particular emphasis on weight management, vitamin injections and infusions, and women’s health. Diana is deeply committed to empowering her patients to achieve their health goals and is passionate about continuous education in health and fitness. She actively seeks new certifications and stays abreast of the latest industry practices.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Diana enjoys quality time with her husband and three children, as well as engaging in reading and fitness activities.

Licensed Aesthetician & Body Sculpting Lead

Meet Samantha, one of our wonderful aestheticians! Many of you may recognize her as the artistic hand behind your professional makeup treatments or from another local medical spa, but now we are lucky enough to have her as one of our fabulous team members! Samantha graduated from Columbia with a bachelor's degree in stage makeup and costume design. Later, she studied at the G Skin Institute to obtain her aesthetic license. Samantha is certified and highly trained to work with our Sciton Laser, performing Halo, laser hair removal, SkinTyte, and Forever Young photofacials. Samantha is also an expert in a wide variety of skin care treatments, such as medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplane, microneedling, CoolSculpting, and EMSCULPT. She is extremely passionate about her work and helping her clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

Licensed Aesthetician & Body Sculpting Specialist

A graduate of Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Indiana, Alexis become an aesthetician in 2019. She also has an Illinois aesthetician license. While working at a Chicago med spa, she acquired the advanced skills to perform laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and body contouring treatments. Alexis also has a background as a certified nursing assistant. She is passionate about helping and caring for others, and her goal as an aesthetician is to ensure her clients feel beautiful and confident with their radiant results.

A native of Munster, IN, Alexis is grateful to be able to give back to the community that has given so much to her. Outside of JEM Medspa Indiana, Alexis is very family oriented and loves to spend time with her family and friends. Pool days in the summer are her favorite, as well as spending time spoiling her nephew.

Licensed Aesthetician & Body Sculpting Specialist

Meet MJ In 2019 MJ completed her Aesthetic License from New Age Spa Institute in Illinois. She ambitiously charged into an extensive employment at The Derm office of Prominent Dermatologist Dr. Amy Brodsky. There she worked closely with Dermatologists who advanced her medical knowledge and experience with state-of-the-art technology and tools. Her skills include Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation Lasers, and Body Contouring. After successfully becoming the Lead Aesthetician and 2 years under her belt, MJ relocated to Jem Med Spa in Indiana. MJ is both Illinois and Indiana state licensed. She cares intensely for a great relationship with her clients and strives to provide the best results leaving you confident, glowing, and happy in your own skin.

While growing up MJ went to school in Illinois and was a competitive dancer traveling the country competing at national levels. She loved and embraced competition which created her strong fortitude to succeed. After graduating High School, she moved to Europe and became a dance instructor. Traveling through many countries she learned to become attentive to individuals when teaching and has learned to apply that to her patients with their individual needs. Outside of the Med Spa MJ enjoys spending time challenging herself in the gym, cooking for her family and loved ones, and spending time with her two dogs. MJ is motivated and excited to start this new chapter at Jem Med Spa providing the best care she can!

Licensed Aesthetician

Meet Lina, one of our Medical Aestheticians at JEM Munster. You may also recognize her as one of our Client Coordinators from Orland Park. She's been with the JEM team since December of 2022. She attended Universal Spa Training Academy for Esthetics. During that time, she also trained at True U Education in Chicago for Medical Aesthetics. She obtained her CNA license in high school; where she was able to master her bedside manner. With 5+ years of experience in sales and customer service, her passion for working with people has only grown stronger. She has been in the Medical Aesthetics industry since her graduation from Esthetics school and absolutely loves it! Her passion for Aesthetics and science started at a young age with makeup and skin care, she cannot wait to see what the future holds in this industry. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching shows/movies, being outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones.

Event Coordinator and Community Outreach

A native of Northwest Indiana, Ally has a bachelor's degree from Purdue University. She shares a passion for aesthetics and skin care with the rest of her colleagues at JEM Medspa Indiana. As a client coordinator, her goal is to ensure each patient experiences amazing customer service and specialized care. Ally loves spending time with family and friends at her family's lake house in her free time.

Client Care Coordinator

With more than 15 years of customer service experience, Michele is one of our friendly patient care coordinators. Previously, she worked for a Chicago bridal boutique. She brings warmth and amity to JEM Medspa Indiana where she strives to provide a professional experience for clients.

At home, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She loves shopping, yoga, travel, and quality time with her family, friends, and her dog. Michele is a Munster, IN resident who you may see on the baseball, football, or soccer fields with her boys.

Client Care Coordinator

Kathleen has been foraging patient-client relationships in the medical industry for more than 25 years. With 10 years in retail business management, Kathleen has a passion for working with people. One of her most important duties is to ensure every visitor at JEM Medspa Indiana has a caring and comfortable experience.

Away from work, Kathleen uses her organizational skills to coordinate events that support local small businesses and animal rescues. She also loves to travel with her husband, Dan, their three children, Aidan, Abbey, and Aaron, and doodle, Hazel.

Client Care Coordinator

Sam began her customer service career at JCPenney and Sephora 10 years ago, when she discovered her passion for skincare and customer care. She then continued on to the University of Illinois at Chicago to earn her Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Sam's personal struggles with acne and scarring has motivated her to help those who are having trouble achieving their skin goals, and she is excited to be guiding you through that process here at JEM. In her free time, Sam enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends and family.

Meet Natalia! Natalia is one of our amazing client care coordinators who strives to provide our clients with a comfortable and welcoming experience. With previous experience in Med Spas, Natalia is sure to be there to answer any questions you may have. Her love of makeup turned into a passion and career in the aesthetics world. She went on to achieve her Aesthetics license in 2020 and is eager to start a new chapter at JEM! Away from the Med Spa, Natalia is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. She loves going to the gym, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends."
