LAYLA IS THE BEST INJECTOR IN CHICAGO! She is seriously the sweetest and makes you feel comfortable from the second you walk in. She is super knowledgeable, explains everything before she does it, and walks you through the whole process so you never feel nervous or unsure. I have stumbled across Layla’s IG and seen her work and fell in love! Her work is amazing and is definitely the most natural I have seen w/ injections. If you’re hesitant on where to get lip fillers done I would highly recommend JEM MedSpa! I discovered this place through TikTok where I found photos and videos of the lip fillers Layla had done on other clients. I could tell straight away that Layla is someone who prefers natural looking lip filler, and she made that known during my consultation with her. She was also honest about how we would have to slowly build my lips up every 3 or 6 months to avoid migration or crazy unnatural results due to my natural anatomy. My lips could only take 0.5 mL, however with her placement techniques it ended up being more than enough to satisfy me. Layla is the best and I’m so happy with the results of my first session! More

I had my first appointment with Noelle yesterday, and she was absolutely amazing. From the start, she was professional, thorough, and truly took her time to listen to my history and concerns. We initially created a plan together, but when I asked to change it halfway through, Noelle was incredibly understanding. She reminded me that I’m in charge of my results and happily accommodated my request to space things out.I’m naturally very nervous around needles, but she was so reassuring, explaining every step as she went. She even provided a stress ball, cold packs, and a vibrating tool to make the masseter Botox and filler more comfortable. She also patiently debunked some of the 'TikTok myths' I’d heard and answered all my questions without judgment. I love JEM. I cannot rave about the staff, the environment, the services, the follow-ups, the products, etc., enough. I have been extremely cautious about which medspas I go to anymore after a few horror stories I won't go into detail about (obvi with other companies), but since going to JEM, I've put all that behind me. I have been at both Orland Park & Elmhurst, love them both, but this review is specifically for @Diana at the Elmhurst location. She's given me chemical peels, which I enjoyed doing with her, but we're currently working through the MOXI Elite laser series, which I've never done before. Not only is she very conscious of how I'm reacting to the treatment, but she has this vibe about her that makes me feel so welcome every time I come in. Sometimes I just feel so blah & icky before my appointments, but she has a way of perking me up & getting me excited. That's how I'm feeling when I leave. How can you beat that? I live in Chicago, so it takes me a little bit to get to this location, & yet she's been incredibly patient & forgiving on days I was behind schedule. She probably has so many clients, yet she takes her time to hear me out and communicate. You can tell she loves what she does. I was a little apprehensive about scheduling my lip injection with someone new since my NP was out for maternity leave.
