I love going to Jem Med Spa, everyone is so welcoming and so sweet! I saw Jeanine for injections, I’ve been seeing her for years. She’s so good at what she does and she knows me so well and what I like(to look natural, not overdone) I was here for fillers this time, treating myself for my 70th next month. I’ve had facials, microneedling, and various other treatments, I’ve been happy with all the girls and the procedures I’ve had there! More

Always 5 star service at JEM. I have trusted them to perform multiple procedures now, from sculptra, to dysport, to laser, and microdermabrasions. Each and every staff member at JEM has been sensitive to my needs, and has followed up with me. They have allowed me to ask questions, and they are absolutely no pressure when it comes to procedures. I’m incredibly happy with my results, as the staff at JEM have helped me to restore the confidence I once had, and knock a few years off of my beautiful face. I will continue my relationship with the women of JEM for as long as I can. Did I mention an all female staff, and ownership? Amazing. More

I cannot recommend JEM enough! I was very hesitant to walk into a medspa but I am so glad I did. All staff are welcoming and kind. There is no upselling or trying to convince you to have more work done then what you have asked for. Michelle is wonderful to work with! I dare someone to find a better med spa than Jem MedSpa; it won't happen because this place is the absolute best. From the ambience, to the services/products offered, and, most importantly, the staff are the some of the most talented, sweetest, compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated individuals I have ever met. I was referred to Jem MedSpa by a friend after exhausting so many other avenues for my melisma; it was so embarrassing. I literally called Jem MedSpa to make my first appointment crying from the frustration of not getting anywhere with the previous places I went to; I was skeptical if this, too, would be another dead end, but I had to try it. From the minute I walked in the building, everyone was so nice and willing to help. Amanda met with me twice to put together a plan moving forward, to discuss products, but, most importantly, to reassure me that I finally landed in the right place to get the results I wanted...and needed. Amanda truly cares about all of her patients and she made that very clear through this process. I followed Amanda's plan to the letter and I am so happy that I am now crying HAPPY tears because my melisma is GONE AND my skin is glowing. I still can't believe it! Shannon at JEM- Orland is the absolute best! Being someone who has kept up with botox and filler for 5 years now, after my first appointment with Shannon I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else for all things med spa! She took the most time listening to my concerns and looking at the areas I wanted to target on my face. She recommended her treatment plan for my eyes, forehead, and chin… (which is not what I originally thought) I went in wanting one specific thing and Shannon took the time to achieve the results I actually wanted at the most cost effective plan for me as well! I love going to Jem Medspa.My first time was the reason I decided to come back to them and continue my journey.During consultation the team welcomes you and luckily my consultation was with Laura Rice. Laura listened to my concerns. She was clear on what could and could not be done. She did not try to upsell or offer services I was not interested in. She explained how each process worked. I felt heard and welcomed. I went to another spa for a consultation and while they were a little cheaper they weren't as friendly and as attentive as the team at Jem Medspa. I will say that if you're nervous or afraid of needles etc. I would definitely recommend Laura Rice. She's very patient and clear on how to minimize pain/bruising with fillers. Since my consultation I've been back for a few sessions for about a year and a half. I'm very happy with my progress. Sammy is always friendly and would remember me by name every time which is always a plus because you feel valued as a repeat customer. Definitely recommend and clearly keep coming back. More

Prior to receiving lip filler services Madeline R and Kasia educated me in the products, various treatment options, and post service care. The day of service I was again educated, all questions thoroughly answered, and Madeline and Kasia were gentle and extremely focused on patient care, individual needs, and expected results. Jem Med Spa is truly my Happy Place. The staff always makes me feel warm and welcomed. Their team of professionals knows what theyre talking about from products that are selected your your specific skincare needs or aesthetic services. I most recently got a Halo Treatment with Rachel and she was wonderful! the procedure was quick and painless, with some warmth and heat for a couple of hours later and no more than that. this is not my first time getting an advanced facial with a medspa, but this was the best all together experience. Rachel took her time to explain the procedure and made sure to address all my skincare concerns, and even provided an aftercare kit for my service. i didnt hesitate to come back to purchase moer skincare for maintenance. I absolutely LOVE their foaming hydrating cleanser, i also purchased 2 types of SPF recommended by their wonderful staff (they have been the best SPF creams i have ever used!) and a vitamin C eye cream that has done wonders for my puffy bags. Had an absolutely wonderful experience here with my lip filler. I recently moved and needed a new med spa so I went here. My nurse injector was Anna and she did a wonderful job. I came to her with my lips filled previously with 3 vials of filler that I got from a different place while living in Michigan. I intended to get a touch up but she informed me that my filler had migrated and been over filled, after pointing it out I could clearly see it (my upper lip was looking like a Who from dr. Seuss lol). We ended up doing a few rounds of dissolver and she refilled the lips. With 1 vial of filler she was able to accomplish the same size and height as the 3 I had before but with a far better shape and look with it now being properly filled. Would 100% recommend More

My second child was just about to turn 1 and I felt like I was looking pretty good for being about 33 years old…. and then I saw the professional pictures of myself from the wedding and it literally BROKE ME! My eyes and cheeks and face in general looked hollow and almost unrecognizable to me. Giving birth to my 2nd child and nursing her caused my weight to fluctuate drastically and losing all those LBs really took a toll on my face. I started searching for a solution and stumbled upon JEM and made myself an appointment with one of the owners/injectors- Melissa. I had never done any sort of cosmetic procedure before so I was very nervous about my appointment… That all went away as soon as I met Melissa! Mel was so warm and compassionate and made me feel totally understood for the first time in a long time! We laughed, we cried, we talked for like 3 hours about our children and the struggle to maintain your sense of self after giving birth.. In the end she helped me figure out what treatments to do to help with volume loss correction. Her work made me look and more importantly FEEL like me again and you literally cannot put a price on that in my opinion! At this same first appointment, I also got to meet and spend some time with Ashley Gill who is one of the in house estheticians. Ashley is hilarious and totally self effacing and is an open book! She let me drill her with like a million questions about skin care and facials and permanent make up. She also opened up to me about her own personal insecurities, and struggles with aging and ways that she’s learned to correct them. Her total honesty and openness REALLY helped me to relax and to trust her. My first appointment and my results were so amazing that Ive been going to JEM ever since. I’ve grown to see the women at JEM as friends of mine and look forward to my appointments every couple of months! My face and skin look better now at age 38 than they did when I was 30 and with that my confidence and self esteem couldn’t be higher! I called to make a last minute appointment for lip filler, and they were able to accommodate. The office is absolutely beautiful and clean! The receptionist made me feel welcomed and was very kind. Laura Rice was my injector, and I am so happy that I got to have her do my injections. Laura was very nice, organized, calm, skilled, and answered all of my questions. She continuously asked how I was doing and if I was having a pain. I just recently got lip injections with Anna. I was extremely nervous since this was my first time. To start things off with the atmosphere was extremely clean fresh and the secretary was extremely welcoming and friendly. I was welcomed by nurse Anna.
