I recently received a mini chemical peel and had some questions about the aftercare instructions. I had to contact Christina O. after hours, and to my surprise she was available to answer my questions. Christina O. was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. She even took the time to explain the importance of each step in the aftercare routine and made sure I understood everything before ending the call. I appreciated the fact that Christina O. took the time to help me, even though it was outside of regular business hours. Had an absolutely wonderful experience here with my lip filler. I recently moved and needed a new med spa so I went here. My nurse injector was Anna and she did a wonderful job. I came to her with my lips filled previously with 3 vials of filler that I got from a different place while living in Michigan. I intended to get a touch up but she informed me that my filler had migrated and been over filled, after pointing it out I could clearly see it (my upper lip was looking like a Who from dr. Seuss lol). We ended up doing a few rounds of dissolver and she refilled the lips. With 1 vial of filler she was able to accomplish the same size and height as the 3 I had before but with a far better shape and look with it now being properly filled. Would 100% recommend More

I have been going to JEM MedSpa in Orland Park for a year now. Prior to that I never did any type of facials or even removed my make up at night. I just turned 50 when I first started there and now I’m getting ready to turn 51. My face and complexion look and feel so good, nobody believes my age. I book all of my sessions with Shannon, she is amazing!! She makes me feel comfortable during my visits and is very personable as well. She explains the process of any service I do and always recommends services based on my needs from listening to what I tell her about my face. My favorite service is the diamond glow, and Shannon does the best job performing this service. She takes her time with my dermaplaning and face masks. While my masks are drying she provides a wonderful head and neck message. I leave there not only with my face looking fantastic but personally feeling so good about myself. After much research on which med spa to go to for my Kybella consultation, I chose Jem and I was so pleased! My first consultation was with Kasia. She was so sweet and very informative. Answered all my questions with a smile. My Kybella injections were done by Jeanine and she made me feel so much more at ease before, during, and after all of the injections. I visited JEM MedSpa after a colleague recommended going here for some Botox-she recommended I go and see Melissa Judeh as she was happy with her results from her. I was really apprehensive bc I'm not sure how many guys do this sort of thing, but everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the place. Melissa gave me the lowdown on how botox works- she described how her approach/goal in giving Botox to a guy differed from her approach to giving it to a woman- I was worried I was going to have some weird arched eyebrows or something. She put my mind at ease and I decided to do it that day. It didn't hurt and it was actually a pretty quick process once she assessed what was needed. The price was reasonable and I was told I needed to wait a week or two for optimal results- it started to work around day 6 and by 2 weeks it was fully working. Melissa called to check in a few weeks after the treatment to make sure I was happy with everything. Great result and good experience all-around at this place. More
