Around 4 months ago, I decided to really get focused and help my skin, texture and acne scars in a major way. I started going to Christina who is an esthetician. From the moment I met Christina, she listened to my concerns and helped me with a plan for my skin. I got a facial and a couple microneedling sessions and I can’t brag enough about how comfortable Christina made the whole process and how knowledgeable she is with skincare. I recently received a mini chemical peel and had some questions about the aftercare instructions. I had to contact Christina O. after hours, and to my surprise she was available to answer my questions. Christina O. was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. She even took the time to explain the importance of each step in the aftercare routine and made sure I understood everything before ending the call. I appreciated the fact that Christina O. took the time to help me, even though it was outside of regular business hours. I had an absolutely amazing experience at JEM Medspa. I had been thinking about getting preventative botox for a while, and had always went back and forth on it because I was a little scared. The moment I walked in to JEM Medspa my mind was put to ease. They did a great job of making the salon a super relaxing antmosphere. Tanvi went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable while getting botox! her touch was very gentle, you barely feel anything, I promise! She also did a great job of talking to me and asking me personal questions to distract me from what was going on (I have a small fear of needles). Had an absolutely wonderful experience here with my lip filler. I recently moved and needed a new med spa so I went here. My nurse injector was Anna and she did a wonderful job. I came to her with my lips filled previously with 3 vials of filler that I got from a different place while living in Michigan. I intended to get a touch up but she informed me that my filler had migrated and been over filled, after pointing it out I could clearly see it (my upper lip was looking like a Who from dr. Seuss lol). We ended up doing a few rounds of dissolver and she refilled the lips. With 1 vial of filler she was able to accomplish the same size and height as the 3 I had before but with a far better shape and look with it now being properly filled. Would 100% recommend More

Lauren is absolutely phenomenal and I could not recommend her more! She’s a brilliant NP, has extensive experience, and is clearly an expert in this area. She has such a good eye for facial structure and features and how to enhance them, and she has an incredible talent to make changes that make a huge difference while also looking natural. I LOVE all the results I’ve had from her. Also, Lauren is so sweet, empathetic, thoughtful… About pain, anxiety, cost, etc. I’m someone that has a lot of anxiety when it comes to needles, and am very sensitive when it comes to pain. She never makes me feel embarrassed or ashamed by this and is so understanding and down to earth. You can tell Lauren cares about your comfort and she goes above and beyond to make you comfortable -topical numbing cream, ice packs, buzzy to distract, juice… I literally look forward to my injection appointments with her as I still feel like I’m going to the spa. Ha! But really- my pain is MINIMAL with Lauren, like 4/10 max for a dental block for filler and for Botox. Things I put off years due to fear of pain! Now I don’t even get anxious about going. Lauren also does a great job educating and takes her time with you. And, she follows up, checks in.. even called me back and talked to me for 30 minutes on her day off. I’m not sure what I’m going to do if Lauren ever leaves JEM. She’s amazing, truly. The front desk team is great too- Corey, Katelyn, Annie... I'm missing a few as I forget their names but they've all been wonderful. More

I recently moved to Orland Park from Indianapolis, and had gone to the same injector for 7 years. So I was nervous about seeing someone new. I started following JEM and Anna on Instagram and was immediately impressed, so I made an appointment. Anna made me feel at ease immediately. We created a plan, and my results have been amazing! After much research on which med spa to go to for my Kybella consultation, I chose Jem and I was so pleased! My first consultation was with Kasia. She was so sweet and very informative. Answered all my questions with a smile. My Kybella injections were done by Jeanine and she made me feel so much more at ease before, during, and after all of the injections. I tend to work myself up if I’m getting something done with needles and I can tell she noticed that while she was in the middle of the injecting.
