I just recently got lip injections with Anna. I was extremely nervous since this was my first time. To start things off with the atmosphere was extremely clean fresh and the secretary was extremely welcoming and friendly. I was welcomed by nurse Anna. She is beyond the sweetest person I have ever met and explained everything very well, and even showed me photos of before and afters and of different types of lip injections I was able to get. After our consultation she worked her magic and perfected my lips! It’s been four days and I am beyond in love with my lips, I was not hesitant once because during the consultation she informed me of the stages I was going to go through (for my lips) everything to be expected and she was very upfront with her questions. I have been going to JEM MedSpa in Orland Park for a year now. Prior to that I never did any type of facials or even removed my make up at night. I just turned 50 when I first started there and now I’m getting ready to turn 51. My face and complexion look and feel so good, nobody believes my age. I book all of my sessions with Shannon, she is amazing!! She makes me feel comfortable during my visits and is very personable as well. She explains the process of any service I do and always recommends services based on my needs from listening to what I tell her about my face. She performs my lazer hair removal and I never feel a thing. I saw a difference with the first session and now I’m on session 3 and it’s amazing the results. My favorite service is the diamond glow, and Shannon does the best job performing this service. She takes her time with my dermaplaning and face masks. While my masks are drying she provides a wonderful head and neck message. I leave there not only with my face looking fantastic but personally feeling so good about myself. Shannon takes the time to get to know her clients needs as well as personally. I have formed a great bond with her as well now a friendship. As a sun lover... my skin needed some help! After researching different treatments and many places. I decided on JEM MedSpa. I met with Laura on my first visit. We discussed different options that would work best for my skin and areas I was not happy with... mainly my eyes. Laura explained everything to me about the different skin treatments and what they could do for my skin. I opted for a little botox, 5 RF microneedeling with PRP treatments and eye threading. I looked forward to every visit!! Everyone there is so kind and very helpful. All of the ladies are very knowledgeable about the services and products they offer. Laura did just about all of my RF treatments and botox. She is amazing! Made sure I was comfortable ever step of the way. Also helped me with a skin care routine. I did not get the eye threads. I started my transformation with JEM 2 years ago, and I couldn’t be more happy with my results! I just turned 40 and I didn’t like who was looking back at me in the mirror, so I decided to treat myself and take care of me. I did my research and I started with a consultation at JEM with the best of the best… Jeanine! I started with a little Botox and I LOVED my result! I felt like I could achieve the natural look I was looking for a price at a I could afford. Next, I enhanced my lips with Laura, and again… loved my natural-looking results! To top off my whole experience, I met with Michelle who took my experience at JEM to the next level…. Michelle heads up a weight loss clinic there and with her guidance I lost 60lbs in 8 months!
