Melissa, one of the owners, is not only a fantastic business women and gifted practitioner, she is extremely kindhearted. Rebecca is just as wonderful and does an amazing job with my facials and skin treatments. They take their time teaching and explaining all treatments. They care and make certain you are always comfortable and happy. Their equipment is state of the art. JEM is hands down better than any medical spa I have visited on the Gold Coast. More

I have been going to JEM MedSpa in Orland Park for a year now. Prior to that I never did any type of facials or even removed my make up at night. I just turned 50 when I first started there and now I’m getting ready to turn 51. My face and complexion look and feel so good, nobody believes my age. I book all of my sessions with Shannon, she is amazing!! She makes me feel comfortable during my visits and is very personable as well. She explains the process of any service I do and always recommends services based on my needs from listening to what I tell her about my face. She performs my lazer hair removal and I never feel a thing. I saw a difference with the first session and now I’m on session 3 and it’s amazing the results. My favorite service is the diamond glow, and Shannon does the best job performing this service. She takes her time with my dermaplaning and face masks. While my masks are drying she provides a wonderful head and neck message. I leave there not only with my face looking fantastic but personally feeling so good about myself. Shannon takes the time to get to know her clients needs as well as personally. I have formed a great bond with her as well now a friendship. I totally recommend booking services with Shannon, she is top notch! More

I recently moved to Orland Park and was very nervous to get Botox, facials, etc… done at a new spa. I was intimidated by these beautiful, confident, professional, yet fun women. Having low self esteem regarding my looks my entire life, I was so nervous! From day one, Samantha put me at ease and treated me as family. We have become very close along with all the other amazing women. I’ve never experienced a spa like JEM Medspa. One of the owners, Melissa greets me with a huge hug and smile every visit! Her and Samantha are so knowledgeable about the latest skin care and hair care techniques plus many many more treatments. Everyone at JEM Medspa makes you feel like a beauty queen. I consider the entire team my true friends. Everyone deserves to feel pretty and do something for YOURSELF! I look forward to every appointment I make.
