JEM MedSpa is the perfect place for all of my skin care needs! I always leave there feeling more beautiful and confident than I was walking in. The staff is so unbelievably friendly and nice, and the customer service is always top notch. Mel is an amazing injector and I've been going to her for years. She takes the time to listen to what I want and always delivers better than I envisioned. My mom goes to her as well for injections and she is always amazed by her results. From facials to injectables to their amazing products that have transformed my skin, Jem MedSpa truly has it all and I cannot thank them enough! More

Jem Medspa is by far the best spa around. The space is beautiful and inviting with state of the art equipment. The staff is always friendly and sweet. Melissa and Jeanine are very knowledgeable about injectables and will make sure you leave there looking better than you could imagine. I’ve been going there since they first opened and every visit is better than the last. I highly recommend checking them out. More

Melissa has been my aesthetician for the last year and she is not only polite, but kind, sweet, understanding, she is a friend. When I leave the services at Jem Medspa I am nothing but satisfied. I get excited every time I go and I can’t wait to go again they are wonderful and highly recommended. I cannot say ENOUGH amazing things about Jem. I had never heard of them before and literally just did a google search for Botox and they popped right up so I decided to give them a shot! No pun intended. Jeanine performed my injections, and I know I have nothing to go off of because it was my first time getting Botox, but WOW - such an amazing experience! Zero pain, zero discomfort and fabulous conversation (and my results are even more amazing!). I felt so at ease and extremely comfortable and after leaving I couldn't wait to come back for another service...so I booked my very first facial with them! I had the diamond glow today with Christina, and once again they blew me away! The atmosphere cannot be beat - it's a little piece of heaven in Orland Park and you truly feel you are someplace "special" - Jem Medspa is definitely a hidden GEM that I am so glad I stumbled upon. More
